Guided tour in Down house
April 19 2024, Club's Spring Outing in Charles Darwin's family home, Down House, Kent. Members explored Darwin’s story with a very knowledgeable guide. She was explaining Darwin's family tree.
Lunch buffet in down house
After the guided tour, members had a light but delightful lunch buffet in the "boardroom" of the house, which used to be a meeting room for Darwin's servants. It has a great view of the garden.

Members were meandering down Darwin’s ‘thinking path', contemplating the origin of species under the pleasant spring sun.
